About me

More than ten years in the Microsoft space, close to people and processes.

I grew up in the Bergisches Land in western Germany, still live there, and have been working in IT consulting since my dual study programme. My path led from IT Application Specialist through Senior Consultant and Team Lead into my current management role in the Microsoft space.

Manager Microsoft & Community Lead Modern Work

adesso SE, Cologne

Technical and disciplinary leadership of the central Microsoft areas: Copilot (AI), Modern Work, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, Exchange, Nintex and SharePoint. Team building, career development and strategic direction, plus advising and growing nationwide enterprise clients and mid-sized companies on digital transformation and (AI-based) automation. Beyond that, I help build up the Microsoft business in adesso’s international subsidiaries: from portfolio development and network building to client synergies and knowledge transfer. As Community Lead Modern Work I connect more than 100 colleagues through learning, organisation and community.

How I work

People before tools. Adoption begins in the organisation, not in the configuration menu.

Pragmatic over puristic. The solution has to fit maturity and budget, not the prettiest architecture diagram.

Share knowledge. A team that can do things on its own is worth more than a perfect delivery no one continues.

Communicate clearly. Especially, and above all, when things get complicated.
